These terms apply to your use of weeconstruct.co.in (“this site”), run by WEE CONSTRUCT, 6th Floor, DS Business Park, Shaguna More, Patna – 801503, Bihar (“we”, “us”). By using this site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
They cover the website only. Any construction or design work we do for you is covered by the written agreement we sign with you.
Estimates and published rates are a guide
The cost estimator, the published package rates (per sq.ft of built-up area) and the specifications shown on this site are there to help you plan. They are indicative. They are not an offer, a quotation or a contract.
The real cost of a project depends on things a website can’t see: your plot and its soil, the design, the approvals needed, the specifications you choose and the scope of work.
A project with us is governed only by the agreement we both sign and the itemised Bill of Quantities (BOQ) attached to it. If anything on this site differs from your signed agreement or BOQ, the agreement and BOQ apply.
Photos and images
Some images on this site are illustrative photography used to show a type of work, finish or construction stage. They may not show a specific WEE CONSTRUCT project, and they don’t form part of any specification.
Brand names
Product and brand names mentioned on this site (for example steel, cement, tile, sanitaryware and paint brands) are trademarks of their respective owners. We name them only to describe the materials we use. It doesn’t mean those companies endorse us or are connected with us.
Our content
The text, design, drawings, logo and other material on this site belong to WEE CONSTRUCT or are used with permission. You’re welcome to view, print or share pages for your own, non-commercial use. Please don’t copy, republish or sell any of it without our written permission.
