- 06 Project management (PMC) Your contractor, our engineers: schedule, quality checks, costs and site reports, managed for you.
- 07 Site visit & soil check Free An engineer walks your plot, checks the soil and prepares an itemised BOQ.

Choose a spec, multiply the rate by your built-up area, and that’s your construction cost. The rate goes into a signed, itemised BOQ and doesn’t move until handover — even if steel or cement prices do.
